Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate |
Verification of Experience If you have previous experience as a teacher on contract, call and request a Clearview Public Schools Verification of Experience form or submit documentation for evaluation. |
Obtain at police station or RCMP station: must be satisfactory and recent (within one year); please send original – we can make a copy and return original upon request, see attached form for information. |
Intervention Record Check (aka Child Welfare Record Check) Obtain from a Provincial Child Welfare office; must be satisfactory and recent (within 1 year); please send original – we can make a copy and return original upon request. |
Statement of years of training, issued by the Alberta Teachers’ Association (1-800-232-7208) please send original, we can make a copy and return original upon request. |

Substitute Teaching Response Form: Complete this form to indicate the schools you would like to substitute teach in. |

For Substitute Teacher application packages please submit all of the above and indicate: - Please indicate in your personal information whether or not you are currently receiving from TRF (Teachers Retirement Fund). If you are receiving a Canada Pension Plan retirement pension, you must
provide proof (Notice of Entitlement) from CPP indicating the start date of your pension to our Human Resources Department. |
The Substitute Teacher list is compiled and updated at Division Office and sent out to schools periodically. Booking of Sub Teachers is done directly from the school from the approved list only. |
Support Staff Employment Requirements |

Bus Driver Employment Requirements |

Valid Class 2 with “S” Endorsement (We will make a photocopy of your license to keep on file). Interested applicants can arrange to attend our next “S” Endorsement Training Program held each Summer. Applicants must be “S” Endorsed prior to employment. |
10 year Driver’s Abstract. (Obtain at Local Registry Office) |

The Substitute Bus Drivers list is compiled and updated at Division Office and sent out to staff and schools periodically. Booking of Drivers is done directly by Regular Bus Drivers from the approved list only.
Direct Deposit is available for Substitute Bus Drivers. Pay day is the 5th working day after month end. |
