Superintendent's Message - December 2017

Season’s greetings everyone!

Schools in December are busy with concerts, plays and festivities.  These school activities are always a joy to attend. Cherubic faces in costume and angelic voices always bring out a smile.

Like you, I am also aware that the holiday season can also be challenging for some families as our economy is slowly recovering.  I know that our communities are caring and compassionate, and quick to extend a hand of support to those who need it.

At the end of November, the Board approved the Education Plan and Annual Education Results Report.  These documents speak to the quality work of our staff and the success of our students.  At Clearview we are committed to student success and staff growth.  I am very proud of our teachers, administrators, support staff, parents, community partners, and most importantly, our students. Our successes are the result of our collective determination and hard work.

During this time, we celebrate the beliefs and traditions we hold dear. It’s also a time for reflection and an opportunity to enjoy good times with family and friends.  May this be a joyful time for you and your family.

I look forward to working with you more in the new year.

Best,
Peter Barron, Superintendent
