Alberta Education updated the Alberta Health Daily Checklist on Friday afternoon. In order for families to have the most up to date information for the return of students on Monday, we felt it was important to send this information out on the weekend.
An
updated Alberta Health Daily Checklist has been included in this letter. If your child develops one of the core COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, or loss of sense of smell or taste), there are four pathways to return to class depending on their immunization status and test results. To assist families, we have created a
visual flowchart which is also included in this communication.
We appreciate the efforts of parents/guardians to continue to closely monitor your children for any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
