Now Hiring: Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teaching Consultant (Part-Time)

Clearview Public Schools is pleased to share this important position that will directly support Clearview students and families. The Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teaching Consultant will help enhance educational programming across Central Alberta for students who are deaf or hard of hearing—including right here in Clearview!

What the Role Involves:

• Collaborating with school staff to adapt curriculum and learning environments
• Supporting inclusive education and IPP development
• Helping build student self-advocacy and social skills
• Interpreting audiology reports and offering expert strategies

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in DHH teaching/learning (with or without a teaching degree)

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Able to work in-person and virtually across Central Alberta
