Once your child is enrolled with Clearview Public Schools, they remain part of our school family until you let us know otherwise.

However, we do require a Demographic Update Form to be completed and signed each school year for every student. This form is sent out at the beginning of the year and gives parents a chance to review and update important information like mailing address, emergency contacts, medical conditions, phone numbers, and more.

Keeping this information current helps ensure accurate communication between your school and the Division Office — and helps us support your family better throughout the year.
